This is an oversize item that is shipped through a freight company. Please be aware that the freight company will not contact you in advance and may leave the item if you are not available on the day of delivery.
Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address
You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
Because oversize items are heavy and often difficult to handle, we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product from the rear of the truck and move it to its final location.
Before You Sign for the Delivery
Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear.
If There is Visible Damage to the Package's Contents
If there is visible content damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact a Customer Service associate by calling 1-800-966-6546. Please have your order number available when you call. Your order number can be found on your invoice.
